The CROWD represents the first and entry stage of discipleship. This is when a person begins attending our church but has not expressed the desire to join.

The CONGREGATION represents the second stage of discipleship. These are people who have joined the church and joined our local fellowship.

The third stage of our discipleship process is COMMUNITY. This is our small group ministry. Our small groups can consist of many different looks.

The fourth stage of our congregational discipleship is the COMMITTED stage. Church members will at this point begin serving in the current ministries of Brentwood.

This represents the final stage of discipleship and takes a church member to the CORE of their walk with Christ. The goal is to have all the church members living as a missionary in their circles of influence…
